It happens late October during the meteor shower. The wind was warm and still blowing out of the south. I had just graduated from the police academy and to young to realize there was alot they didn't prepare me for. The clip filled with silver bullets was presented as a joke when I was sent on my first night patrol of a local lake. A lot of people living near the lake reported some strange things, the deer were disappearing and reports were being filed about wolves being sighted.
