suaside in poetry

I simply wished to die and so i cut my wrist

I was sitting alone in the dark,
Hearing my own breathing,
Feeling the warmth of the blood run down my finger tips.

And then i thot to myself..

Why cant life be as calming as my breathing?
As warm as my blood?
and Embracing like the dark around me?

And i realised..

I still have aswers to find
I want to live!
